Equivalent products are acceptable if they meet or exceed the specifications. - Size: 36 × 77 inches; color: Clear / Light Green / Clear. - Construction: heavy-duty 8 oz. three-ply vinyl, 20-gauge clear vinyl, and 11 oz. synthetic fabric. - Features: flame retardant, PREA compliant, metal-free clear top with no metal grommets, hook-and-loop strips, and an adjustable clear top panel with an 8-to-25-inch adjustment range. - Vendors must provide product literature demonstrating compliance. - Delivery: One complete shipment of all 500 curtains within 30–45 calendar days after Purchase Order issuance. Partial deliveries require written authorization. - Vendor agreement: A signed Consent and Authorization Agreement is required before a vendor’s first bid closing in PHLContracts.
