Description

The City of Hoboken seeks qualifications from qualified individuals, firms, or teams to provide professional services under New Jersey statutes and the specifications or a City-approved equivalent. Services include architect, engineer, landscape architect, LSRP, planner and surveyor, arboriculture/arborist, coastal, environmental, transportation, and urban services. Sealed proposals are due December 15, 2026, at 11:30 AM prevailing time, at the City Clerk, City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ. The contract term is January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, or one year from the date of award.
