The Central Massachusetts Regional 911 District is seeking an Owner’s Project Manager to represent it throughout all phases of a comprehensive retrofit and renovation of an emergency communication center. Services include project leadership, technical expertise, project controls, budget oversight, procurement assistance, construction administration, technology coordination, commissioning oversight, and occupancy planning. Proposals are due November 17, 2026, at 12:00 P.M.; late proposals will not be accepted. Questions must be submitted in writing by November 9, 2026, in accordance with the RFP procedures.
