The work requires a qualified Carrier marine service representative and Carrier-qualified air-conditioning and refrigeration service. - Equipment and parts requested: - Three Carrier Transicold 30 HXS chillers, part number 30HXS136RY-6-MAR, serving FWD A/C #1 and #3 and AFT A/C #2. - One Carrier Transicold 90Y refrigeration system, part number 90YG41RBJ7NF6K9B; parts-only procurement for this plant. - Two EXV overhaul kits; no part number specified. - One pulley, part number 5F40 1054; one seal end thrust washer, 1744008-00; two spiral pins, 17-44036-00; one bolt, 34-00613-07; and one washer, 34-00616-00. - Services: Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, clean, evacuate, recharge as needed, vacuum-test, and operationally test the identified systems. Repair chiller faults, replace defective expansion valves as required, and address compressor and control issues.
