The U.S. Embassy Hanoi is seeking a contractor for make-ready deep cleaning of Embassy-managed residences in Vietnam. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Hanoi; General Services Office and Embassy Hanoi Contracting Unit. The invitation identifies Stephen Hurley. - Service requested: Make-ready cleaning for Embassy-managed houses and apartments, including post-construction cleaning when requested. The contractor provides all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies. - Estimated scope: Up to 17,000 square meters of interior floor area and 3,000 square meters of exterior area for standalone houses annually. Description

This is a solicitation for a contractor to provide the U.S. Embassy Hanoi with residential make-ready cleaning services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from January 2027 to December 2031. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, cleaning materials, and supplies necessary to perform the services specified herein. The estimated volume of purchases through this BPA within the project timeline will not exceed USD39,900.00 for the entire performance period. The Embassy is not obligated to purchase any definite amount of each order under this BPA.
