Allstate Can Corporation Slip Cover Can, item 404S400, is the reference product; approved equals may be proposed. - Service: Assemble 3,000 kits by labeling each can, placing a liner, magnet, and leaflet inside, fitting the lid, and repacking the kits in the original can cartons. LRWRA may discuss individual kit packaging and shipping to ratepayers. - Notable requirements: LRWRA provides artwork and PMS colors for printed items; digital proofs require approval before production. Non-printed items are requested within 15 calendar days, and printed items within 15 calendar days after proof approval. Alternative liners and cans are subject to LRWRA approval and sample testing. - Bids may cover either or both product groups, but must include every item in any group selected; awards are evaluated all-or-none by group. Description

Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority is soliciting bids to establish a contract for purchasing items used to assemble Can the Grease Kits. The work includes supplying items on an as-needed basis, including printed materials and kit components, and assembling kits. LRWRA may award up to two contractors for an initial one-year term, with renewals possible up to a total contract term of seven years. Bidders may bid on either or both item groups, but must bid all items within each selected group.
