Description

The City of Nanaimo invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for construction management services for the Stadium District Amenity Buildings Project. The successful proponent will enter into a CCDC 5B-2025 construction management contract with supplementary general conditions for pre-construction services. Before work commences, the City expects to enter into a CCDC 2 Stipulated Price contract and Supplementary Conditions. The RFP is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
