The Regional District of North Okanagan is seeking quotations for after-hours parking-lot security response services for RDNO Parks in the Greater Vernon Parks & Trails and Electoral Area B & C Parks service areas. The contractor will respond to public complaints by telephone, attend sites as required, assess complaints, take appropriate action, and maintain dispatch records. Services are on call from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., including weekends and statutory holidays. The agreement has an initial one-year term with options for two additional two-year extensions, and a maximum annual contract value of $50,000 unless otherwise approved by the Contract Administrator.
