The City of Winston-Salem Utilities Department, Meter Services Division, is seeking custodial and floor care services for the Meter Shop Office Building and Meter Shop Warehouse, including the outside trash receptacles. The service provider is responsible for knowing the site conditions and performing services at both locations.
