Description

The City of DeBary is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors for Gateway Park Entrance infrastructure and coordination with the City’s separately contracted signalization contractor. The project will create a new direct entrance to Gateway Park from the signalized intersection of US 17/92 / N. Charles Richard Beall Boulevard and Saxon Boulevard. The site work contractor is responsible for the labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permitting, testing, coordination, and incidentals needed to construct the civil and site improvements in the contract documents. The City will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder of the base bid; a mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for November 10, 2026.
