Description

The City of Lee’s Summit requests Statements of Qualifications for design and construction services for the 2026 Velie Water Main Rehabilitation or Replacement. Firms must submit SOQs electronically through the Public Purchase e-procurement system by December 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM local time. Submissions must address key personnel, similar project experience, the project approach, and critical issues; formatting and page limits apply. The City may invite selected firms to oral interviews, and the selected firm is expected to sign the City’s standard contract.
