Description

Warren County seeks professional general reassessment services for all taxable and exempt real property in the county, in accordance with Section 58.1-3252 et seq. of the Code of Virginia. The contractor must begin field work no later than July 1, 2027, and complete and submit reassessed values for each parcel and structure by December 31, 2028. The reassessment is to become effective January 1, 2029, and the data must be prepared in a form suitable for inclusion in Warren County's tax records. The county currently operates on a biennial reassessment cycle.
