Description

The solicitation seeks the supply and installation, by boring, of one 1,800 mm-diameter smooth-wall steel pipe culvert through the roadway on Highway No. 3, 13.56 km east of its junction with Highway No. 23. The culvert is 26 m long. Estimated additional work includes decommissioning two culverts and supplying 90 m³ of Type 2 random riprap. Phase I is to be completed by February 28, 2027, and Phase II by July 15, 2027; a deposit of 5% of the total bid is required with each tender.
