Description

The Gulfport Redevelopment Commission is requesting proposals from qualified applicants to manage and/or lease a parking garage under construction at 25th Avenue and West Beach Boulevard in the Gulfport Town Center/Channel South development. Proposals must be submitted to the Office of Procurement or uploaded to the Planroom by November 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. The selection committee will evaluate proposals using the criteria in the RFP package, and the Commission may award a written contract or lease to the proposal it determines is most advantageous to the project.
