Iredell County seeks on-site employee physical therapy services

Iredell County Government is seeking a provider for on-site physical therapy services at its Employee Wellness Clinic. - Government buyer: Iredell County Government, Human Resources; Iredell County, North Carolina. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, manufacturers, or service-provider vendors are named in the opportunity. - Requested services: Physical therapy for County employees, retirees, and eligible dependents, including evaluations and re-evaluations; individualized care plans; orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation; chronic pain and injury management; manual therapy; therapeutic exercise; injury prevention and recovery support; documentation; care coordination; and utilization, outcomes, and patient-satisfaction reporting. - Pricing is requested for PT and, if applicable, PTA hourly services; initial evaluations; re-evaluations; backup or relief staffing; and other staffing and operational costs. No service quantities or rates are specified. - Current service level is one PT for 25 hours per week. Proposers may recommend different hours or staffing levels, including increases over the contract years. - Notable requirements: Licensed clinical personnel, reliable staffing and backup coverage, continuity of care and records, coordination with clinic staff and referring providers, secure HIPAA-compliant documentation, and transparent pricing. The County provides clinic space and listed equipment; providers furnish any additional or specialized equipment and supplies. Services are invoiced to the County and are not billed to its health plan. - Scope limits: Physical therapy only; occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other allied health disciplines are excluded. - Term: Three-year initial term with three optional one-year renewals, for a possible maximum of six years. Service is anticipated to begin in mid-2027; annual price increases should be included in the proposal.

Iredell County Government is seeking proposals for contracted on-site physical therapy services for County employees, retirees, and eligible dependents covered by its Group Health Insurance Plan. Services will be provided at the Employee Wellness Clinic and include evaluations, treatment, rehabilitation, care coordination, documentation, and coverage planning; the current schedule is 25 hours per week. The solicitation is limited to physical therapy and excludes occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other allied health disciplines. The initial contract term is three years, with an anticipated service start date of July 1, 2027.
