On-call roofing services for City of Prescott facilities

Description

The City of Prescott is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified roofing contractors to establish a pool for job order construction services at City-owned or operated facilities. Work may include roof inspections, emergency and routine repairs, maintenance, restoration, and partial or full replacements across a range of roofing systems and City facilities. Individual job orders may be up to $1,000,000, and work is not guaranteed; the City expects to select three to five contractors. SOQs must be submitted electronically through the City’s OpenGov Procurement portal by December 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Arizona time, and must not include fees or pricing.
