Lone Star College System is seeking an enterprise content management platform and services to replace its existing web content system and support a large, multi-site digital presence. - Buyer and office: Lone Star College System; Procurement Department and Marketing Technologies at the System Office. - Primary solution: Enterprise Content Management System (CMS), including a requested Digital Asset Management (DAM) capability. No product part numbers or fixed quantities are specified. - Current platform and named vendors: OpenText is the incumbent CMS; Sitecore is identified as a potential solution/vendor. Named platforms and vendors associated with integrations include Element451, Kuali, Localist, SafeZone, AddSearch, Google Analytics, Formstack, and Concept3D. - Scope: Replace the CMS supporting LoneStar.edu and about 20 subsites, with migration of approximately 8,000–10,000 pages and 18,000 digital assets. The solution should support about 600 authors, with potential growth to 800, and 15 administrators. Maintain the existing visual design and move all sites in a full cutover. - Services and pricing: Implementation and configuration, content migration, integrations, training, support, and hosting pricing. The pricing schedule separately requests annual costs for support and maintenance, implementation, training, hosting, other costs, base CMS AI capabilities, additional AI modules, third-party AI services, API and usage-based fees, storage, data processing, professional services, AI implementation, and custom development. - Notable requirements: TX-RAMP or FedRAMP security certification; WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility; 99.99% uptime; Azure SAML2 single sign-on; and API-based integration with the named systems. Localist integration is preferred at launch. 24x7 support is needed if CMS operations affect lonestar.edu availability; otherwise, business-day support may be acceptable. - Term and payment: Pricing is requested across five years, with a firm pricing period of up to three years and two optional one-year renewals by mutual agreement. Payments are annual; prepayment for services in future fiscal years is not permitted.
