The City of Winston-Salem Utilities Department, Meter Services Division, is seeking custodial and floor care services for the Meter Shop Office Building and Meter Shop Warehouse, including outside trash receptacles. The service provider is responsible for knowing site conditions and performing services at both buildings at 1410 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Building 101, Winston-Salem, NC 27107. Contractors must schedule and complete a site visit to be eligible to submit a proposal; visits are available November 9 or November 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
