Luzerne County is seeking a contractor to replace the Visitors Bureau patio and install an ornamental aluminum picket fence. - Government buyer: Luzerne County, Building & Grounds Department; Purchasing Department. - Work requested: Remove and replace the existing concrete patio, construct an infiltration bed, and install an approximately 5-foot-tall black aluminum picket fence around the patio. - Patio requirements include a compacted aggregate base, a minimum 4-inch-thick concrete slab rated at least 4,000 PSI, reinforcement, drainage, and a broom finish. - The infiltration bed includes 3–5-inch decorative river rock at a minimum 4-inch depth and hardy, water-tolerant native perennials. - Specified OEM: Ameristar — fence specification is Ameristar Montage Plus Classic or equivalent.
