The Town of Morinville is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a practical, market-driven Commercial & Industrial Attraction Strategy. The work includes analyzing market demand, regional trends, commercial and industrial lands, infrastructure capacity, and Morinville’s economic strengths to identify priority sectors, target businesses, and investment opportunities.
