The Municipality of Jasper is seeking a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution and implementation services to replace its Diamond financial system. The solution will cover core financial functions, property taxation, utility billing, licensing, and online payments for residents, as well as a separate instance for the Jasper Municipal Housing Corporation. All modules are scheduled to go live on March 31, 2028. Proponents must have live installations at Canadian municipalities, demonstrate working integrations, and identify an implementation team available from February 2027.
