Description

The Ohio Department of Transportation is seeking bids for wet recovery retroreflectivity readings and pavement marking retroreflectivity data collection. The data will provide immediate feedback to establish pavement marking needs and support the Department’s quality control and quality assurance of pavement markings placed on state highways.
