Description

The Texas Military Department is soliciting bids to lease, install, and maintain two temporary modular workspace facilities at Camp Mabry for 165 personnel: 110 at the North Site and 55 at the South Site. The contractor will provide turnkey, code-compliant, occupancy-ready facilities, including modular units, installation, interior fit-out, and specified building systems; the facilities must be ready for occupancy by April 16, 2027. The initial lease term is 36 months, with two additional one-year renewal options and an option for TMD to purchase either or both facilities. Competitive sealed bids are due November 17, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. CST; the re-solicitation replaces the earlier solicitation and its addenda.
