Santé Québec, acting through Santé Québec - Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal - Universitaire, seeks a contractor to renovate the clinical URDE in Bloc B-400 on the ground floor of Hôpital de Verdun. The scope includes architectural and demolition work, asbestos removal and management of lead-containing painted materials, fire protection, plumbing, medical gas, HVAC, automatic controls, and electrical work, as well as related basement work, penetrations, connections, and fire-stopping. Work will take place in an occupied healthcare facility, and clinical operations must be maintained while meeting requirements for infection and contaminant control, work hours, service shutdowns, and circulation routes.
