Description
The solicitation seeks services as an Arbitrator for the Canada-British Columbia Production Insurance Program, as required, following the process in the Arbitration clause of the relevant Continuous Specified Perils Crop Insurance Contracts. If a contract is issued, its initial term runs from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2028, with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food’s option to extend for additional one-year terms through March 31, 2032. The Ministry may issue more than one contract for these services.
