Description

La Ville de Saint-Lambert is seeking proposals for renovation of its municipal workshops at 31–35 avenue Fort in Saint-Lambert. The work includes two building additions, a new materials shelter with a washing station, complete reconfiguration and code upgrades to the existing building, exterior finish and window replacements, and parking and road-yard improvements. Site work also includes sewer and water network repairs and construction of a stormwater retention basin. The contractor must plan and coordinate the work to maintain municipal employees’ access to the site and safe, continuous access to the existing service station throughout the contract.
