DHA seeks 21 LenelS2 access-control panels and enclosures with OnGuard integration

The Defense Health Agency is seeking LenelS2 access-control equipment and installation at Patrick Space Force Base. - Government buyer: Defense Health Agency (DHA), HCD Southeast; supporting the 45th Medical Group at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. The attachment names Derrick Walker as the buyer contact. - OEM: LenelS2 — the requested LNL-2220 / LNL-X2220 panels will integrate with the existing LenelS2 OnGuard system. - Products: 21 access-control panels and enclosures: 15 for the Electrical Room, three for the ED/Training Room, and one each for the BIO/Environmental Communications Room, Veterinary Clinic Communications Room, and Maintenance Building / Maintenance Shop. - Services: Delivery, installation, configuration, programming, OnGuard integration, testing, documentation, and removal of existing panels and enclosures at the five locations. - Notable requirements: Work must be performed by OEM-certified LenelS2 technicians and a Lenel value-added reseller (VAR). Description

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division - Southeast (HCD-Southeast), intends to procure a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for one-time delivery, installation, configuration, integration, testing, documentation, warranty, and acceptance of twenty-one (21) access control door panels and enclosures and LenelS2 Onguard system integration in support of the 45th Medical Group (MDG), Patrick Space Force Base (SFB), Florida.  All work must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
