Responses must be received by no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Time, Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Responses shall be emailed to angela.kennedy2@va.gov Response shall contain Capabilities Statements to include Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number, and any qualifying certifications that may be required. Response MUST include letter of authorization from the original equipment manufacturer, Daiken, to perform the work. Facsimile or Telephonic responses will not be accepted.
