The City of Regina is seeking consultancy services to develop an integrated five-year Climate Action Plan building on its existing Energy and Sustainability Framework and Corporate Climate Adaptation Strategy. Work includes project initiation and gap analysis, stakeholder and public engagement, developing and prioritizing climate actions, and establishing monitoring and progress frameworks. The consultant will prepare a draft and final Climate Action Plan and an implementation report.
