Description

The City of Courtenay is seeking qualifications from consulting firms to provide communications and engagement consulting services on an as-and-when-required basis. The resulting preferred vendor list will provide a pool of qualified providers for projects requiring external support. The City intends to shortlist up to three respondents in each category, but reserves the right to shortlist more or fewer.
