Description
Cboe BYX Exchange, Inc. proposes to amend Exchange Rule 11.1(a) to add an optional Start Time order instruction. The instruction would let users select, in 30-minute increments before Regular Trading Hours, when an order entered earlier becomes eligible for execution. The proposal also updates order sequencing and acceptance restrictions to align with the designated Start Time, while retaining existing order categories and the 7:00 a.m. threshold. The Exchange stated that it intends to implement the change on December 7, 2026.
