Description

HUD is seeking Office of Management and Budget approval for a revision to the currently approved information collection for the Energy and Performance Information Center (EPIC). EPIC automates collection of Public Housing Capital Fund program forms, including Five-Year Plans and Annual Statements/Budgets/Performance and Evaluation forms, and supports tracking how grantees use federal funds. The system also supports information collection related to energy performance contracts, public housing development, and additional funding requests. HUD requests public comments on the necessity and utility of the collection, estimated respondent burden, ways to improve the information collected, and ways to reduce response burden.
