Horry-Georgetown Technical College is seeking a contractor to replace flooring in Building 100 at its Conway Campus. - Buyer: Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC), Procurement Office. - Scope: One job covering carpet removal and disposal, floor cleaning and preparation, and installation of new carpet and wall base. The flooring schedule lists 4,534 square feet of carpet and 125 linear feet of cove base. - Specified manufacturers and products: Shaw Contract Oasis Tile, Style 5T707, color 05450, and Graze Tile, Style 5T710, color 05450; both are from the Flourish collection. Roppe 6-inch 187 Blue wall base is specified for Rooms 104 and 106. - Work requirements: Contractor provides all labor and materials, protects and cleans finished floors, removes debris, raises modular office systems, and removes and replaces cleared furniture.
