The Ohio Air Quality Development Authority (OAQDA) is seeking proposals from Financial Service Partners to provide comprehensive banking, trust, and/or investment services. The selected provider will supply financial infrastructure supporting OAQDA’s operational, liquidity, and investment objectives, in compliance with applicable Ohio law and OAQDA’s current Investment Policy. OAQDA anticipates selecting one financial institution, which may provide the services itself or partner with additional investment services providers. Proposals must be submitted as a PDF by email by December 14, 2026, and are limited to 15 pages, excluding the cover page, table of contents, and exhibits.
