The U.S. Department of Commerce issued final results of an expedited first sunset review of the countervailing duty order on utility scale wind towers from Malaysia. Commerce determined that revoking the order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The net countervailable subsidy rate likely to prevail is 6.43 percent ad valorem for CS Wind Malaysia Sdn Bhd and all others. The notice states that it is applicable November 2, 2026.
