Entry requires authorization from the Captain of the Port or a designated representative. - Enforcement: Begins when the vessel arrives at the anchorage and ends when repairs are complete; enforcement periods are announced by the Coast Guard. - Procurement scope: No products or services are being requested. No OEMs, vendors, product quantities, or part numbers are identified.
