Description
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Retirement Services, is seeking comments on reinstating an expired information collection request. Form SF 3106 is used by former Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) employees to apply for a refund of retirement deductions, plus any interest provided by law. Form SF 3106A is used by applicants to notify current or former spouses of the refund application, as required by law. Comments are accepted until December 29, 2026.
