Description
The Surface Transportation Board received a request from Georgetown University (WB26-50-09/16/26) to use all fields in the Unmasked Carload Waybill Sample data from 1984 through 2026. The sample contains confidential railroad and shipper data. Parties objecting to the request should file objections with the Director of the Board’s Office of Economics within 14 calendar days of the notice date. The rules for release of waybill data are codified at 49 CFR 1244.9.
