Description

The notice authorizes the City of Pelican, Alaska, to continue operating the Pelican Hydroelectric Project, Project No. 10198. The project’s prior license ended September 16, 2026. If subject to section 15 of the Federal Power Act, an annual license is issued for September 17, 2026, through September 16, 2027, or until a new license or other disposition, whichever comes first. If the project is not subject to section 15, operation may continue under the prior license until a subsequent license or other disposition.
