Description

The City of Dallas Park & Recreation Department is seeking proposals to establish a five-year service contract, with one five-year renewal option, for the management and operation of Southern Skates Roller Rink. The selected proposer will operate, manage, and maintain the rink as an event and recreational facility for skating and compatible ancillary special events, including community events and celebrations. The proposer is expected to meet high visual, operational, customer-service, community-engagement, production, and management standards and provide top-quality amenities and services. Required submissions include a proposal response, sample contract with redlines, standard forms, and specified Business Enterprise Hub forms.
