Description

LACDA is requesting quotes for construction rehabilitation services at 1203 W. 223rd Street, Torrence, CA 90502. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental in accordance with Appendix B – Statement of Work. Quotes must include the Quote Sheet, required forms, proof of contractor’s license, EPA certification, insurance coverage, and a cover company letter, and must be uploaded through the LACDA Solicitation Portal. The completion period is 30 calendar days from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
