Knox County Schools is seeking a comprehensive ACT-aligned academic program to support student preparation and educator instruction. - Government buyer: Knox County Government, through Knox County Schools; procurement office: Knox County Procurement Division. - OEMs and vendors: No commercial OEM or vendor is named in the solicitation. No specific manufacturer or branded product is prescribed. - Requested services: ACT-aligned online software and diagnostic assessments; personalized learning pathways; teacher curriculum supports and student practice resources; student boot camps offered in person and/or virtually; professional development; implementation, technical and instructional support; and progress monitoring and reporting. - Quantity and pricing: No participant or session volume is guaranteed. Vendors are to propose pricing using the solicitation’s cost materials and evaluation scenario. - Notable requirements: The solution must address student-data privacy, compatibility and integration, accessibility and accommodations through an open API, and effectiveness evidence from comparable districts. Personnel who have student contact must undergo criminal-history checks. Quarterly student-growth reporting and continuous-improvement reviews are required. - Potential term: One initial year, with up to four additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement.

Description

Knox County is requesting sealed proposals for ACT-Aligned Academic Programming, as specified in the attached solicitation. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. on December 3, 2026, and must be delivered by hand or commercial carrier; electronic, fax, and email submissions are not accepted. Respondents must provide one marked original and one exact hard copy, along with an exact electronic version of the proposal on a single flash drive. The contract period is February 1, 2027 through January 31, 2028.
