Bidders must identify the OEM and provide its NCAGE for each offered item, along with available part numbers and NSNs. - Notable requirements: - Partial bids are not allowed; NSPA may reduce the quantities at award. - Offers must include OEM illustrated technical data sheets and user, maintenance, and parts manuals or publications. - A Certificate of Conformity must be provided with delivery. - Suppliers must have ISO 9001:2015 certification or a recognized equivalent quality management system. - A 24-month warranty is requested. - Delivery is FCA at the contractor’s facilities under Incoterms 2020.
