NSPA is requesting firm fixed-price proposals for the supply of 40 covers for PT2 probes on engines (stock number 1680XX0045449; part number NEISC-1). Delivery is FCA the contractor’s facilities under Incoterms 2020, and quoted prices must exclude taxes and duties from which NATO is exempt. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformity; government quality assurance is not required. Offers will be evaluated first for compliance with the RFP terms and conditions, then by lowest price, with delivery terms also of interest.
