Rialto Unified School District is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a Facilities Usage Fee Justification Study and help update its Use of Facilities fee schedule. The consultant will review the existing fee structure, calculate applicable Direct Cost and Fair Rental Value rates, survey comparable school districts, and recommend facility-specific rates, user classifications, ancillary charges, and an updated fee schedule.
