Description

The City of Summit is seeking qualifications from law firms or organizations to provide affordable housing counsel to and for the City of Summit for 2027. Selected counsel may be asked to perform project-specific work as needed, with projects and compensation approved separately by the City; appointment does not guarantee work or compensation. Respondents must submit an original and one copy by hand, delivery service, or U.S. Postal Service by November 19, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The RFQ sets maximum hourly rates for principal, partner, associate, and paralegal work and identifies experience, reputation, knowledge of the City and subject matter, and availability as evaluation considerations.
