Description

MTA Construction & Development seeks a consultant to prepare designs for the spray foam roof installation and HVAC replacement at the Long Island Rail Road Hillside Support Facility. At MTA C&D’s option, the consultant will also provide associated Construction Support Phase (CPS) services. The work will be delivered through a Design-Bid-Build construction contract.
