The City of Regina is seeking consultancy services to develop a Climate Action Plan (CAP), resulting in an estimated one-year contract. Submissions must be marked “COR26-00304 - Development of Climate Action Plan” in the header and emailed to procurement@regina.ca by November 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
