Western University invites qualified high voltage and mass timber contractors to respond to an RFSQ for its approximately 388,000 sq. ft. Bioconvergence Centre research facility in London, Ontario. Proponents must demonstrate relevant experience, personnel, and capacity for their selected trade scope, including coordination of specialist subcontractors and suppliers; high voltage and mass timber submissions will be evaluated separately. This is the first stage of a two-stage procurement, and prequalified proponents may be invited to a subsequent tender process. Prequalification does not constitute an award or guarantee of work.
