Description

The mandate is to develop a master plan for the City of Mascouche’s parks and green spaces network, covering all existing and planned parks. The plan must establish a coherent overall vision for the network and define development directions. These directions must be translated into a program of concrete interventions extending over a minimum of five years. The contract duration is 12 months, excluding options, and bids must be submitted via SEAO using two documents.
